*This is an hourly base + bonus role. Successful team members can expect on target earnings between $41-$59k annually
*Working a consistent set full time schedule, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day between the hours of 7am-6pm with rotating Saturday's
*Training will begin on August 10th
*Once fully trained, permanent employees are eligible to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days from home
*Working in a comfortable office environment with sit/stand desks and onsite Gym
Our Englewood, CO Contact Center has a fantastic opportunity to become a true partner in helping us grow our company. We are looking for driven and high-energy Customer Service Representatives who are responsible for offering exceptional customer support to our valued customers who may have questions or concerns about an order they placed with us and/or provide assistance to customers who are looking for product information through phone, email or chat.
What You'll Do:
- Answer interactions (phone calls, emails and live chats) and responds to customer requests
- Assist customers with order entry and order status calls
- Recognize and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls
- Recommend new ideas for process improvements
- Build rapport with customers by using a courteous, friendly and professional manner
- Various special projects, as assigned
- Completes other duties as assigned
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred
- 2 + years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience. Call center experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential
- Ability and desire to learn about marine, watersports, hunting, camping and fishing product lines
- Ability to work a schedule between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm, including weekends and holidays
