What You'll Do
- Deliver polished, personalized dining service in both casual and fine dining settings.
- Learn members' names, preferences, and dining habits to create a welcoming, familiar experience.
- Guide guests through food, wine, cocktails, and daily features with confidence.
- Work efficiently during busy golf turn times while maintaining exceptional hospitality.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams to provide seamless service.
- Maintain impeccable dining room standards and attention to detail.
- Help create an environment where every member feels valued and recognized.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional during busy service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A desire to continually learn about food, wine, cocktails, and service.
- Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we hire for attitude and train for excellence.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.
