Bench Jeweler (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Princess Diamonds is looking for a talented Bench Jeweler to join our team. We are a family-owned jewelry store known for exceptional craftsmanship, custom jewelry, and high-quality repairs. If you enjoy bringing jewelry back to life, creating beautiful custom pieces, and working in a professional, customer-focused environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Bench Jeweler, you'll work on a variety of repair and custom projects, including:
- Ring sizing and soldering
- Chain and clasp repair
- Prong rebuilding and re-tipping
- Stone setting (diamond and colored gemstones)
- Channel rebuilds and platinum repair
- Rhodium plating, polishing, and refinishing
- Wax carving and fabrication
- Casting and assembly
- Creating custom jewelry from concept to completion
- Inspecting completed work to ensure the highest quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of bench jewelry experience preferred (repair and/or custom work)
- Strong skills in jewelry repair, fabrication, and finishing
- Experience with stone setting; advanced setting experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional quality
