About Us
Pristine Cleaning Team is a locally owned, owner-operated cleaning company based in downtown Frederick, MD. We're growing fast on the commercial side and need an experienced professional who knows how to operate commercial cleaning machines.
The Role
We're looking for a Commercial Cleaning Specialist to take on office, post-construction, and large-floor/event space jobs mainly located in Frederick County. On occasion, must be willing to travel to Ellicott City, Maryland. This isn't an entry-level position — we need someone who's already comfortable running commercial-grade equipment and can be trusted to handle a space solo or lead a small crew.
What You'll Do
- Perform commercial cleaning at offices, post-construction sites, and event/venue spaces
- Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment safely and correctly
- Handle large-floor cleaning jobs from start to finish, including strip-and-wax and routine maintenance
- Represent PCT with professionalism on client sites
Required Experience
- Hands-on commercial cleaning experience
- Demonstrated experience operating:
- Floor buffers
- Burnishers
- Power washers
- Steam cleaners
- Carpet cleaners/extractors
- Walk-behind floor scrubbers
Preferred (Big Plus)
- Experience with floor scrubbers on large floors or event spaces
- Background cleaning event venues, warehouses, gyms, or other large open-floor commercial spaces
Pay
- $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and job complexity. Jobs are recurring and rates and hours are established on a per-job basis.
Location
- Frederick County, MD (some travel to nearby counties)
