Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Seminole, Florida for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting student communication development and working within a collaborative school environment.
We are looking for a professional who is committed to helping students improve speech, language, and overall academic participation through evidence-based intervention and strong collaboration with school staff and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Support students with articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, voice, and social communication needs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Florida SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and educational teams
