Dispatcher

Trust T Trucking is seeking a highly organized, dependable Dispatcher to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating our fleet of water trucks serving customers throughout Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have excellent communication and customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Monitor truck locations and driver availability throughout the day.
- Communicate with customers, field personnel, and drivers to ensure timely service.
- Manage scheduling changes and respond quickly to operational issues.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, and management to maximize fleet productivity.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies, DOT regulations, and customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or oilfield experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with dispatch software is a plus.
- Knowledge of Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota oilfield operations is STRONGLY preferred.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- MUST LIVE LOCALLY OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO SIDNEY MONTANA
