You'll connect with prospective clients, introduce them to established personal and leadership development programs, and develop your client portfolio while receiving structured training, mentorship, systems, and ongoing support.
About the Role
As a Leadership & Personal Growth Consultant, you'll work independently within an established international personal and professional development framework.
Location: Remote within the United States.
Schedule: Flexible, with autonomy to manage your professional activities around your existing commitments.
Engagement: Independent contractor.
Compensation: Performance-based. No base salary or guaranteed income.
Support: Established systems, marketing resources, training, mentorship, technical support, and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Do
Connect & Communicate
Engage professionally with individuals who have expressed interest in personal growth, leadership development, and our programs.
Interview & Qualify
Conduct introductory phone conversations with prospective clients and applicants to explore their goals and determine mutual alignment.
Client & Business Development
Introduce qualified prospective clients to established online personal development, leadership, and high-performance educational programs and guide them through the appropriate next steps.
Digital Outreach
Develop your professional presence and conduct outreach through digital and social platforms using established marketing strategies, training, and approved resources.
Content & Marketing
Create and curate professional marketing and outreach content across digital platforms, with templates, systems, and training provided.
Leadership & Mentorship
As your experience grows, support and mentor other professionals as they develop their communication, leadership, and business-development skills.
Personal & Professional Development
Participate in ongoing personal development, leadership training, mentorship, and live collaboration with an international community of growth-minded professionals.
