Redeemer Pizza, from the team behind Dio Mio, serves long-fermented sourdough New York-style pizza in a lively, fast-paced setting. We're known for whole pies, late-night slices, and tasty cocktails. We're looking for passionate line cooks to join our back-of-house team!
About the Role:
We’re hiring experienced Line Cooks who can handle high volume and move fast on the line. We do high-volume in take out business and are looking for someone who can handle the pressure while ensuring a great quality product. Pizza experience is a big plus, especially if you’ve worked with sourdough or wood-fired ovens. Responsibilities:
- Prep and execute dishes on the line with consistency and care
- Work clean, stay organized, and communicate clearly
- Follow kitchen protocols and food safety standards
- Support the team in keeping stations, equipment, and the kitchen clean
- Participate in deep cleaning and restocking tasks as needed
- Stay up to date on menu changes and ingredients
- Maintain high standards under pressure during busy service
Requirements:
- 1+ year of kitchen experience (pizza experience preferred)
- Ability to handle high volume and stay calm under pressure
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Food Handler's Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Team player attitude and strong communication skills
Compensation:
This position is tip pooled, with total hourly compensation ranging $22–$26/hr, depending on experience and shift.
