Bnos Hmelech LGK High School is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate educators to join our faculty. We are looking for teachers who are committed to fostering academic excellence while creating a positive and supportive learning environment for high school students.
Available Teaching Positions
- High School Math (Algebra I, Algebra II & Geometry)
- Global History & PA Government
- English Language Arts (ELA)
Schedule
Afternoon teaching hours are between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, depending on the assigned subject.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned high school subject(s).
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, faculty, and school administration.
- Participate in faculty meetings and other school-related activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional qualifications or certifications may be required depending on the teaching assignment.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education and student success.
- Professional, dependable, and collaborative.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
