In this vital role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment across our property's exterior and common areas.
Key responsibilities include;

Providing friendly and courteous service to residents and colleagues

Keeping grounds clear of trash and debris

Monitoring building exteriors and signage

Overseeing basic pool maintenance

Maintaining breezeways

Performing snow and ice removal

Caring for trees and flower beds
-
Managing pet waste and litter removal
-
Collaborating with our Maintenance Technicians as needed.
Compensation and classification are determined by Senior Management and may be adjusted based on operational needs.
