About the Role
We’re hiring reliable, fast‑paced associates to support stacking, repacking, and packing operations in a fresh‑produce warehouse. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active, and being part of a production team that keeps product moving safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack, strap, and palletize produce boxes
- Repack and sort product according to quality standards
- Build pallets accurately and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food‑safety and warehouse safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime available and often required
- Occasional Saturdays based on production needs
Compensation
- $14 per hour depending on experience
- Weekly pay
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
