As a home services technician, you will be doing handyman work, drywall repairs, plumbing related things if certified, plumbing helper if not certified. Mostly be helping w clearing drains on residential places and commercial spaces as well. Appliance installs and disposal of old appliances. Working as a helper to whoever is on the road working that day. Not crazy heavy lifting, but must be fit and able to lift and move appliances, we do use air sleds which make life way easier. Must Have some skills when it comes to some renovation things, like know how to use all the tools, and be accurate and take their time when doing an install. Need to be amazing at customer service, patient, honest, help keep customers at ease. You will never be expected to do things you are not comfortable with. We’ll be doing home maintenance, exterior cleaning like pressure washing etc, but mostly be drain cleaning and hydro jetting of home drainage systems etc. We will be expanding as the business starts to grow. We would like to hire a call person or office personal, that can take payments, and phone calls, communicate with the technicians on jobs they are at etc, and be articulate and patient with customers etc. Also book appointments and be good at note taking and writing down details.
