We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Office Clerk / Order Processing Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer skills, and the ability to follow up on customer orders in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Track customer orders and follow up on order status, shipping, and delivery
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order updates
- Enter and update customer, order, and company information in the system
- Process purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and other paperwork
- Monitor pending, delayed, or incomplete orders and report issues to management
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general customer inquiries
- Organize, scan, print, and file office documents
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative documents
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general office duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer use
- Strong data-entry and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in office administration, order processing, logistics, or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
