Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting rental equipment and related products by understanding their business application and providing expert recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit card payments, and cashiering duties with accuracy.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly, ensuring timely order fulfillment and stock availability for customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, display shelves, and inventory storage spaces to promote a professional environment

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
