1. Provide leadership to the FRYSC Program.
2. Provide technical assistance to the district and school personnel in area.
3. Assist in work of committees and task forces.

7. Maintain records and prepare reports.
8. Prioritize and schedule work.
9. Maintain current knowledge of program rules, regulations, requirements and restrictions.

12. Operate a computer terminal.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan, organize, implement and coordinate the FRYSC Program in a school setting.
2. Develop, establish, and administer FRYSC program.
3. Serve as liaison with other units, departments or outside agencies as required.
4. Maintain communication and work closely with district staff, local school staff and the community
regarding information, developments and implementation of the program.
5. Prepare and assist in preparation of FRYSC reports, records and other documentation as
required.
6. Assure compliance with Federal, State and District policy, administrative procedures, and
negotiated agreements as applicable.
7. Promote the establishment of positive working relationships with children, parents, school staff,
and community agency personnel.
8. Evaluate and monitor program components including goals, objectives, tasks, and timelines.
9. Serve as a liaison between home, school, and public and private resources; continually striving to
maintain positive communication.
