Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in litigation (preference given to candidates with demonstrated experience or strong interest in litigation)
- Licensed to practice in West Virginia
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to pass all required background checks, including criminal screening
