Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $72,000–$110,000, depending on experience and certifications + Benefits + PTO + Sign-On Bonus Potential

We are seeking a versatile and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our hospital-based rehabilitation team. In this generalist role, you will work across various inpatient and/or outpatient units, providing occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations including medical, surgical, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric cases. Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, considering physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and environmental factors.

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at maximizing functional independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs.

Provide direct patient care across multiple hospital departments (e.g., acute care, ICU, med-surg, ortho, neuro, outpatient).

Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications.

Assist with department initiatives, including performance improvement projects, student supervision, and continuing education.
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred)

Must possess or be eligible for state licensure

Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred, but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
