Job Description:

Pulls, weighs, and returns raw materials needed to produce batches.

Verifies raw materials being weighed against official blending record.

Records all pertinent raw material information on official blending record for traceability to include but not limited to lot numbers, expiration dates, and weight.

Maintains accurate batch records required throughout process.

Proficient in converting units to calculate batch requirements.
-
Notifies appropriate management of documentation discrepancies.
-
Effectively operates and maintains scales and various other equipment.
-
Operates fork lifts and pallet jacks.
-
Collect, label, and ship sample.
