Responsibilities:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be a self starter

· Must have a fix it right the first time attitude
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds
· Safety first (Must be able to follow lock out\tag out procedures\PPE)
· Must complete job in a neat clean manner
MINIMUM DUTIES:
o Maintain all buildings and equipment
o Work with minimal supervision
o Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule
§ Minimize repair downtime
o Maintain supplies and parts inventory for equipment repairs
o Assist in maintain utilities
o Maintain organized workshop
o Assist in execution of annual Farm Day event
o Maintain appliances in retail store, air filters, electrical, plumbing
o Maintain coolers and freezers in retail store and trailers
o Maintain parking lots
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
