What You’ll Own Weekly
- Initially support month-end close and financial reporting, with opportunities to expand responsibilities as experience and business needs align
- Resolve GL, balance sheet reconciliation, and intercompany issues
- Partner with operations to explain performance
- Drive process improvements and strengthen controls
Position Summary
This is a high-impact role responsible for the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. You will lead general ledger activities, execute close processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls. This position is designed for a senior-level accountant ready to grow into an Accounting Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the general ledger
- Support and over time lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (U.S. GAAP)
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and cost variances
- Support audits and maintain documentation
- Enhance internal controls and policies
- Identify and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 7+ years accounting experience
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
- ERP report writing experience
- Proven track record of supporting or leading month-end close
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or progress toward CPA
- Public accounting experience
- Multi-entity or multi-location experience
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
