Responsibilities
- Develop new business through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and community outreach
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and offering suitable solutions
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while adhering to insurance regulations
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
- Provide clear client communication regarding policy options, benefits administration, and claims processes
- Stay current on industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product knowledge to advise clients accurately
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the insurance industry or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes
- Life and Health License
Pay: $67,000.00 - $91,500.00 per year
