Community Supported Living (CSL) Caregiver
We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals to provide Community Supported Living (CSL) services to clients in their homes throughout the Viroqua area.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy! Staff work with multiple clients in their individual homes throughout the day, helping them maintain independence and successfully manage everyday life.
Responsibilities include:
- Medication administration and medication management
- Meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
- Cleaning, laundry, and household organization
- Transportation and assistance with appointments
- Errands, shopping, and community activities
- Supporting daily living and independent living skills
- Completing documentation and communicating client needs or changes

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Compassionate and patient
- Comfortable working independently
- Organized and able to manage a changing schedule
- Able to think on their feet and adapt to different clients and situations
- Comfortable driving between client homes throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass required background checks
