We are seeking a new member of our team who will be working within our acquisitions department. It's important that our next team member be someone who is:
-A great communicator (clear, and happy!)
-Strives to better themselves everyday!
-Honest and hardworking!
-Passionate about setting and achieving goals! (or you at least want to learn how to!)
Responsibilities:
- Ability to cold call anyone, and build rapport quickly!
- Ability to Manage pipeline of prospects/leads and follow up with clients effectively
- Build rapport with and be a resource for your client
- Identify all the decision makers in the sale or move
- Follow a proven script and system
- Qualify and set appointments
- Always put the client’s needs first
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of prospecting or sales experience via phone
- (Real Estate knowledge a bonus but not necessary if you have sales experience)
- Fast, reliable internet
- Computer, Phone, Headset
