Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain high standards of food safety will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.
- Stay updated on drink trends and new menu items to enhance guest experiences.
- Complete nightly paperwork & inventory
- Supervise fellow bartenders during shift
- Complete weekly & monthly inventories
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality principles to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of P&L, inventory, purchasing & employee hiring & training.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,700.00 per week
