Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the pet resort.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor play areas, fencing, playground equipment, and landscaping.
- Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects as needed.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs before they become problems.
- Pressure wash, clean, and maintain buildings, sidewalks, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal, leaf cleanup, and landscaping.
- Assist with setting up new equipment, furniture, and facility improvements.
- Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and unexpected repairs.
- Help create a safe, welcoming environment for pets, clients, and team members.
