Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the purchasing manager to run the purchasing department
- Marinating good work relationships and support product specialist, insides sales, fulfillment, data processing team.
- Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors mainly US local vendors
- Managing purchase orders, track delivery schedules and maintaining purchase records
- Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
- Additional tasks upon request.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or B.Sc. in Logistics, Purchase, Business Administration or Purchasing position related fields (are preferred)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- have a detail-oriented mindset
- Good follow up and prioritization skills.
- Has a strong and excellent work ethic (honesty, integrity, humility, respectful, and accountability)
- Collaboration, communicating, and helping others
- Business-level communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn Microsoft app. such as Oracle is a plus
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
