Fixed 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–25 employees, including team leads
-
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
-
Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance management
-
Support hiring, training, and workforce planning
-
Oversee daily production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
-
Maintain strong floor presence (~70%) to support teams and resolve issues
-
Ensure adherence to standard work, policies, and procedures
-
Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions
-
Apply lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, flow)
-
Lead root cause problem solving and implement sustainable solutions
-
Maintain training matrices and build workforce capability
-
Drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
-
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
-
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
-
Support and reinforce quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Manage time and attendance for production staff
-
Utilize ERP system (Infor) and production data to support decision-making
-
Maintain accurate records and reporting
-
5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume or mixed-model environment
-
Direct supervisory experience leading production teams
-
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
-
Experience in lean manufacturing environments

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and mechanical drawings
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience using ERP systems (Infor preferred)
