Flat Rate Position | Immediate Start Available | RV Technician Experience Required
Airstream of Utah is looking for an experienced RV Service Technician who takes pride in their work, knows how to stay productive, and can work independently without needing someone to walk them through every decision.
RV technician experience is required. We will provide Airstream specific and on the job training, but this is not an entry level technician position. Factory Training will be offered after a period of time on the job.
What We’re Looking For
We want a technician who:
- Has previous RV service and repair experience
- Takes pride in doing the job correctly the first time
- Can diagnose problems and make reasonable decisions independently
- Knows how to keep moving instead of stopping for direction on every step
- Is willing to learn Airstream products, systems, and repair procedures
- Asks good questions when training or when clarification is genuinely needed
- Takes ownership of their assigned work from start to finish
- Maintains an organized, professional work area
- Understands that productivity, quality, and accountability all matter
- Shows up ready to work and contribute to the team
We are happy to train someone on Airstream specific procedures and products, but you need to bring a solid RV technician foundation with you.
Flat Rate Pay – Rewarding Productive Technicians
This is a flat rate technician position, which means your earning potential is tied directly to your productivity and efficiency.
For an experienced technician, flat rate can have significant upside. As you become familiar with Airstream products, improve your diagnostic ability, and complete quality repairs efficiently, you have the opportunity to produce more billable hours.
The better and more efficient you become, the greater your earning potential.
We are looking for technicians who would rather be rewarded for what they produce than simply punch a clock.
Compensation
- Flat rate pay
- Flat rate amount will be based on RV technician experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability
- 3-month probationary period
- Full benefits package available after successful completion of the probationary period
- On the job and Airstream specific training provided
- Immediate start available for the right experienced technician
