About VoicebrookVoicebrook is transforming how pathology reports are created.
For over 20 years, we’ve helped healthcare organizations improve reporting workflows, reduce turnaround time, and standardize diagnostic communication. Today, we’re building the next generation of pathology workflow solutions—combining automation, AI, and deep domain expertise.
We are now building a more structured outbound revenue engine—and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape it.
About the Role: Campaign Development Representative (CDR)
The Client Acquisition Team at Voicebrook is responsible for driving new business growth as we expand our reach across the pathology and healthcare landscape
As Voicebrook develops the next generation of pathology workflow solutions the Client Acquisition Team serves as the front line of that mission. We connect prospective clients with technology that meaningfully impacts patient care, while building the structured outbound revenue engine that will fuel Voicebrook's continued growth.
This is a team for people who want to do more than execute a playbook—we're shaping one. Team members help define our outbound strategy, refine our messaging, and establish the processes and relationships that will support Voicebrook's next chapter.
As a Campaign Development Representative drives the top of Voicebrook's outbound growth engine, identifying, researching, and engaging prospective hospitals, health systems, and pathology groups that could benefit from our pathology reporting solutions. Through a mix of outbound calls, personalized emails, and social outreach, the CDR builds targeted prospect lists, qualifies leads, and books discovery meetings for account executives, all while developing a deep understanding of the pathology landscape and the challenges our clients face. As Voicebrook builds a more structured revenue engine, the CDR also helps test and refine outreach sequences, sharpen messaging, and shape the playbooks that will scale the team, making this an ideal launchpad for a career in healthcare sales.
