What You'll Do
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
- Coach, train, and develop team members to Boise Fry Company standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Monitor labor and productivity throughout each shift
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company procedures are consistently followed
- Assist with inventory, prep planning, cash handling, and opening/closing duties
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Lead by example through a strong work ethic, accountability, and sense of urgency
