Job Summary:
Diesel Truck Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Truck Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on engines, hydraulics, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel trucks and heavy equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Ensure equipment operates safely and meets DOT standards
- Willing to work in an outdoor environment and follow all safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment mechanic
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Own basic mechanic tools preferred
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in outdoor environment

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
