Unique Home Solutions is growing our Marketing Team and looking for motivated people who can help us connect with homeowners and schedule appointments for our home improvement products.
No installation or construction experience is required. We train you.
Choose the Role That Fits You
Our Marketing Team generates appointments in several ways:
EVENTS & TRADE SHOWS
Represent Unique at home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, and other local events. Talk with homeowners, create interest, and schedule free in-home estimates.
CANVASSING / NEIGHBORHOOD MARKETING
Work in neighborhoods where we're completing projects and introduce nearby homeowners to Unique. Start conversations, identify potential home improvement needs, and schedule appointments.
PHONE & DATABASE MARKETING
Contact previous customers, past inquiries, and homeowners in our database. Reconnect with them, identify current home improvement needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
What We're Looking For

- Good communication skills
- Competitive and results-driven
- Sales, customer service, restaurant, retail, call center, event, or canvassing experience is a plus—but not required
What You'll Do
Your job isn't to sell the project.
Your job is to start the conversation and set the appointment.
Our professional in-home sales team handles the estimate and presentation.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
