Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders/Severs to join our team,. As a Bartenders/Severs , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting and serving delicious beverages for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Bartending/Severing techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Familiarity with brewing methods and various types of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience in the food industry or banquet service is a plus
- Proficient in retail math calculations for accurate cash handling
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
