MetroWest Acura, MetroWest Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Breaking down and posting deals
- Reconcile daily deposits and preparing bank deposits
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Prepares A/P checks
- Monitoring payment status on overdue A/R accounts
- Processing all payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles.
- Maintain titles and MSO’s for new and used inventory
- Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory
- Maintaining all schedules associated with position
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Holds confidentiality in high regard
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous 1 year automotive/dealership accounting experience is required.
- Willingness to take initiative.
- Computer literacy
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily.
- Detailed follow up.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently.
- Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development
- CDK experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
