- Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through completion
- Manage project schedules and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to drive project success
- Conduct subcontractor meetings, inspections, and quality control reviews
- Maintain site safety standards and enforce company policies and procedures
- Coordinate project logistics, inspections, and workforce planning
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum
