- Work buyer leads provided by team
- Generate additional business through social media, open houses, and your sphere of influence.
- Schedule and conduct buyer consultations.
- Show homes and guide buyers through the home buying process.
- Write and negotiate offers.
- Maintain communication with clients from contract to closing.
- Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business.
- Attend team meetings, coaching, and training sessions.
- Host open houses
