Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 – $83,000 annually

About the Role
As Assisted Living Administrator, you will oversee daily operations while fostering a resident-centered culture built on dignity, relationships, and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assisted living operations and regulatory compliance
- Lead, coach, and support staff
- Ensure high-quality resident care and engagement

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed or eligible Assisted Living Administrator (per Oregon requirements)
- Experience in assisted living or senior housing leadership
- Management Experience (1 year minimum)
- A smart problem solver that is supportive and encouraging with residents and employees alike.
- Comfortable with hands-on leadership in a rural setting
- Values relationship-based care and community involvement
