Key responsibilities (but are not limited to):
1. Client CommunicationandFollow-up
- Serve as themainpointofcontactforonboardingclients, maintaining clear and professional communicationthroughouttheonboardingprocess
2. Menu Confirmation and Coordination
- Workclosely with clients to confirm menu details, including item names, categories, prices, modifiers, options, and special instructions, ensuring all information is accurate and complete before launch.
3. Restaurant Information Verification
- Collect, confirm, and organize essential restaurant information such as business hours, address, contact details, delivery or service area, and other operational information needed for setup.
4. Go-Live Scheduling and Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to confirm onboarding timelines and go-live dates, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help ensure launches happen onschedule.
5. Churn Prevention and Client Retention
- Identify onboarding clients at risk of dropping off, follow up proactively to understand blockers, provide support, and help recover stalled or lost accounts whenever possible.
6. Launch Support
- Assist clients during the launch preparation stage and support the go-live process by helping coordinate setup readiness, answering questions, and escalating issues when needed.
7. Conductpost-launch follow-up
- Follow upwithclients after go-live to ensure the setup is functioning properly, answer initial questions, and help address early-stage issues.
8. Track onboarding data and status updates
- Maintain clear records of onboarding progress, go-live status, client issues, churn reasons, and follow-up actions for internal visibility and reporting.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Workclosely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Support to communicateclient needs, track progress, and resolve onboarding issues efficiently.
10. Process Tracking and Documentation
- Maintain accurate onboarding records, client status updates, and communication notes to ensure visibility and smooth internal handoff when necessary
Qualification:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple onboarding projects at once
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer service mindset
- Able to workcross-functionally and coordinate effectively with internal teams
- Comfortable handling client questions, timeline changes, and onboarding challenges in a professional manner
Nice to Have
- Mustbefluent in Chinese and able to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, account coordination, or client support
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, SaaS, Salesforce, or POS industry is a plus
