Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced carpenters with various tasks related to construction and carpentry projects.
- Learn and develop skills in carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, and installing materials.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience:
- Prior experience or knowledge in carpentry is required.
- Familiarity with construction estimating, flooring installation, tile installation, drywall, masonry, cabinetry installation and trim carpentry.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced carpenters.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
