- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts with additional products and solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
- Achieve revenue, growth, and profitability goals through a combination of account expansion and new business development.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in contract furniture, office furniture, or a related industry.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based or incentive-driven role.
- Experience managing existing accounts while generating new business.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a geographic sales territory.
- Must reside within the Southern Texas territory (Houston or San Antonio area) and be able to travel regularly.
