Wagers is looking for dependable, fast-paced line cooks to join our kitchen team inside Cadillac Jack’s in Deadwood.
We specialize in smash burgers, loaded bowls, fried comfort food, and high-volume service.
Responsibilities...
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Operate flat top grill, fryer, and prep stations
- Set up and stock station before each shift
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service periods
- Follow portion control and food safety standards
- Keep work area clean and organized throughout shift
- Restock products and communicate low inventory to management
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to keep ticket times low and food quality high
Qualifications..
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
