What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Consultative Guidance: Welcome prospective members, understand their fitness needs, and expertly guide them toward the right membership options.
- B2B & Business Outreach: Walk into surrounding local businesses, establish corporate partnerships, and set up lead-generation tables or joint promotions.
- Indoor & Outdoor Marketing: Execute high-visibility marketing campaigns both inside the club and out in the immediate neighborhood to capture new foot traffic.
- High-Volume Phone Execution: Consistently make outbound calls to follow up with digital leads, booking inquiries, and past guests to schedule face-to-face consultations.
- Lead Generation: Proactively build your own pipeline of prospects through daily community networking and guest passes.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and human connection.
- Fearless Outbound Communicator: Confident making high-volume phone calls and approaching business owners face-to-face.
- Strong grit and work ethic: You enjoy the hustle of generating your own leads and hitting daily outreach goals.
- Previous experience in fitness sales, outbound telemarketing, door-to-door sales, or hospitality is highly valued.
- Full-time availability with the flexibility to work peak club hours.
