Position Overview
The Hyundai Service Manager oversees all daily operations of the dealership’s service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, efficient workflow, and strong financial performance. This role is responsible for leading service advisors, technicians, and support staff while maintaining Hyundai brand standards and delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the service team to achieve performance goals in productivity, CSI, and profitability.
- Manage service department operations including scheduling, workflow, repair quality, and customer communication.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai OEM standards, warranty processes, and dealership policies.
- Monitor department KPIs such as labor hours, technician efficiency, RO count, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service environment.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure long‑term satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Management teams to support dealership-wide objectives.
- Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions for service staff.
- Drive revenue growth through upsell opportunities, service campaigns, and customer outreach.
- Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and warranty submissions.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management or assistant service management experience required (Hyundai or import brand preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with DMS systems, scheduling tools, and OEM service platforms.
- ASE certifications or Hyundai certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
