ER Collision & Auto Body is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team. We are a high-volume, certified collision repair facility known for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Write accurate and detailed repair estimates
- Work directly with insurance adjusters and customers
- Manage supplements and repair approvals
- Provide clear, professional communication to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service from drop-off to delivery
- Coordinate with production team and technicians
- Ensure repairs meet OEM and certification standards
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience as an auto body estimator
- Strong knowledge of CCC / Mitchell / Audatex (preferred)
- Proven excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with insurance companies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple files in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
- DRP experience
- OEM certification knowledge (Tesla, Honda, etc.)
- High-volume shop experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
