We Need an Expert at Execution
We are business owners operating across healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, property operations, and a growing security products business.
We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful right hand to ownership who can take projects from idea to completion without needing constant supervision.
We decide WHAT needs to happen. You figure out HOW to make it happen. Then you make sure it GETS DONE.
You don't need to be an expert in all of our businesses.
Your expertise needs to be execution.
What You'll Help Us Execute:
Real Estate & Marketing
- Execute real estate prospecting and lead-generation campaigns.
- Coordinate direct mail, postcards, neighborhood marketing, and other campaigns.
- Research properties, neighborhoods, owners, and opportunities.
- Coordinate staging, photography, drone/video, signage, and vendors for luxury listings.
- Help take properties from preparation to completely market-ready.
Clinic & Supplement Operations
- Help launch our supplement program supporting our treatments.
- Set up inventory, packing, shipping, and fulfillment systems.
- Help establish one-month and three-month recurring subscription orders.
- Monitor inventory and order clinic/business supplies.
Patient Housing
- Coordinate property turnovers between patient families.
- Arrange cleaners, linens/laundry, restocking, maintenance, and supplies.
- Make sure housing is completely ready before the next family arrives.
Security & E-Commerce
- Help establish operations for our security/sign business.
- Coordinate vendors, inventory, product photography, packaging, and fulfillment.
- Help launch our proprietary products on Amazon and other online channels.
This Is a Dynamic Role

The right person will be comfortable taking on new projects, solving unfamiliar problems, and helping wherever their skills can move an objective forward.

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Able to create trackers, checklists, and processes.
- Comfortable working both from a computer and in the field.
- Able to identify the next step without always being told.
Most importantly, you close loops and solve problems.
We don't want:
"The photographer hasn't called me back."
We want:
"The photographer didn't respond, so I contacted two alternatives, compared pricing and availability, and here's my recommendation."
That's the mindset we're hiring for.
Experience
Experience in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, real estate, marketing, property management, e-commerce/Amazon, vendor management, hospitality, or purchasing is valuable.
You don't need experience in everything.
We care most about judgment, ownership, resourcefulness, organization, and execution.
Compensation & Growth
$30–$35/hour to start, approximately 20–25 hours per week.
We're intentionally starting this position part-time so we can evaluate the working relationship and your ability to independently execute.
For the right person, there is significant opportunity to increase hours, compensation, responsibility, and potentially grow into a full-time role.
We're not simply looking for an assistant.
We're looking for someone who can become an increasingly valuable right hand to ownership.
