We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software tools.
Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones while managing dependencies across multiple teams and subcontractors.
Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control measures.
Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain cost control and project profitability.
Lead project meetings with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues promptly.
Read blueprints, schematics, and civil drawings (Civil 3D) to verify design accuracy and support construction sequencing.
Track project progress through detailed reporting on schedule performance, cost management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a strong understanding of construction scheduling and site coordination.
Solid knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
Strong blueprint reading skills along with familiarity with schematics and technical drawings.
Construction site experience coupled with a comprehensive understanding of project scheduling and construction budget management.
