Bilingual Estate Planning Consultant (Spanish/English)Help Families Protect What Matters Most

Our growing estate planning law firm is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and eager to build a long-term career. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys public speaking, meeting with clients, and developing trusted relationships within the community.
As a Bilingual Estate Planning Consultant, you will become one of the primary faces of our firm in the Spanish-speaking community. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting educational presentations, meeting with prospective clients for estate planning consultations, and guiding families through the beginning of their estate planning journey. You'll also receive cross-training in other areas of our estate planning workflow to become a well-rounded member of our team.
What You'll Do Client
Education & Presentations
- Present educational estate planning workshops and seminars in both English and Spanish.
- Answer general estate planning questions while helping attendees understand the importance of planning ahead.
- Build trust and rapport with families attending our workshops and community events.
Client Consultations
- Meet one-on-one with prospective clients to understand their goals and gather information.
- Educate clients about our estate planning services and available options.
- Help clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the consultation process.
- Work closely with our attorneys and legal team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Relationship Building
- Develop relationships with referral partners and members of the community.
- Represent the firm professionally at networking events and community presentations.
- Serve as a trusted resource for Spanish-speaking families.
Cross-Training & Growth
As you grow in the position, you'll receive training in other areas of the firm, including:
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, including wills and trusts, tailored to their unique needs and goals
- Client onboarding
- Estate planning workflow
- Document review processes
- Client follow-up
- Workshop coordination
- Referral partner support
- Client care and relationship management

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

Pay: $51,341.26 - $61,830.34 per year
