Primary Job Function:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing commercial and residential HVAC projects from award through completion. This position ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards, contract requirements, and applicable building codes. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to developing project team members through training and mentorship.

Required Qualifications:
- Insurable by Company insurance carrier
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.
- Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Follow directions as given, written and verbal
- Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
- OSHA 30
- Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
- Experience in HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and construction practices.
- Dress in a workman like manner
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Be able to carry 100 pounds
- Possesses both written and verbal English language skills
- Computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel, Procore, etc.
- Safe use of ladders
- Arrive on time daily
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Duties:
- Operate company vehicle as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisor and carry them out in timely manner.
- Report problems with company tools or vehicles promptly.
- Work well with customers, co-workers and other subcontractors
- HVAC system layout and coordination
- Track progress of all jobs
- Complete day by day breakdown for all jobs
- Ability to work staggered schedule if required.
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
- Manage a group of jobs until completion
- Order all materials, equipment, and parts for the field in a timely manner. 4 days out
- Report all changes in the field properly
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
