What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the full vehicle buying experience
- Match customer needs to the right Subaru
- Follow up with leads and build your own book of business
- Present vehicles, financing options, and trade-in values
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (standard in automotive retail)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
