Responsibilities
- Monitor pool area continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules.
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Conduct routine cleaning of the pool deck, surrounding areas, and pool equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Provide friendly assistance and information to guests regarding pool operations and safety procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Assist with emergency situations by implementing first aid procedures and activating CPR when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of pool conditions, safety incidents, and cleaning schedules to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in pool maintenance or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and basic maintenance equipment.
- Valid certification in CPR and First Aid; lifeguard experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to swim confidently in various water conditions.
- Willingness to perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies.
- Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
